My dog had to get staples at a little before 9 pm one night after work. They were able to get him in right away, and had him patched up in less than 20 minutes from the time of the accident. He didn't even notice what happened. The price was extremely honest as well. Very friendly people.

Was at a campsite nearby Savannah when my small Chiweenie fell and injured his head. Had to take a Lyft to Savannah Animal Care at 9:00 pm. Due to the virus, we had to wait outside. The staff was great and reassuring. The Dr. came out to speak to us after a short wait to assure us that our pup was O.K. It was a great relief and the Dr. was open to any questions or concerns we had.

Worth the drive, worth the wait. Took our dog here at 2am, broken tooth, they took good care of her and did NOT overcharge us. They care, they don't rip you off, they move quickly, and they are professional. Great parking as well.

My dog Otis came to Savannah Animal Care on an emergency basis twice. He was wrongly diagnosed at a different ER and was told he did not have a fracture. As he progressively became worse, we called SAC, and they were able to see him right away and confirmed he had a fracture, and he would be referred to an orthopedic vet. A few weeks later, he caught a terrible infection on his paw/toes. SAC was there for him once again. Beyond grateful for the vets and staff at this office. Not only do they listen to your concerns and demonstrate compassion to your baby but they are reasonably priced. Will continue to bring my dog here for all of his emergency needs.

At around midnight on a Sunday, we noticed our tiny, 3-lb chihuahua's face puff up like she was stung by bees. We had no idea what caused the allergic reaction or how dangerous it could get (throat swelling). We were on vacation in Savannah, far away from our vet. I found Savannah 24/7 Animal Care and they said come right away. We raced over, waited only 15 minutes for them to take in Lilli and in no time they had assessed her, gave her a shot and she was back to normal.The staff was pleasant and calming to us worried pup parents. Lilli is doing great -- thanks!

Our experience at Animal Care 24/7 could not have been any better honestly! All staff that we dealt with the evening we brought our pup in was incredibly kind and compassionate. The vet on duty was very honest with us regarding the situation with our Chihuahua baby, and very helpful with all of the information she provided. We were extremely grateful they were open to help us, being a night time emergency. Overall, wonderful and caring service, our family will highly recommend them whenever possible.

My visit with Nova was excellent! It was very scary for me and her, I needed to get her in immediately. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The vet was quick to see her and help her to get better. I appreciated the vet coming out to talk to me and explain what was wrong. I will definitely recommend others visiting!

I would highly recommend this vet for all fur babies. Affordable prices and outstanding patient care. The staff were very nice and helped explained the diagnosis of my pets as well as their treatment in a way I can fully comprehend. They truly care about you and your animals. Thank you❤

This place is the best. Don’t think twice!As a college student and dog lover, it’s hard to find a vet that actually cares & listens to a young adult like myself.This vet met every need! I brought my dog in via their curbside service. The attentiveness of the staff while even doing curbside services was amazing.Another factor of being a college student is always the pricing. This vet/assistant was honest & heard my concerns about the cost of our visit. They quickly gave me an accurate and reasonable estimate.They also quickly diagnosed my dog with a blood test, gave him IV fluids & prescribed him medicine. The price was amazing to say the least.I even arrived 30 minutes late due to a train & they still took my pet in! My dog has been to other vets for similar concerns & they never caught his kidney disease. This place did. 100% recommending this place to my Savannah/Richmond Hill friends + family!

Although my 16 year old poodle mix dog was up in age, he could still run circles around some of the younger pups. When he suddenly started moving a little slower and not acting like himself, I knew something was wrong. I immediately took him to Animal Care 24/7 after he came home from daycare. The staff at AC24/7 were very courteous and friendly. They explained to me what was wrong with my beloved pup (kidney failure) and explained to me what my options (and costs) were regarding his care. The staff did not rush me with my decision. Honestly, before we arrived at AC24/7, I knew in my heart of heart that my dear pup wouldn't be returning home with me. The vet extended such empathy towards me and assured me that I was making the best decision to euthanize my pet. Saying goodbye to him was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. But the friendliness of your staff helped me to be okay with my decision. While I'll forever miss my Paco, I know his last moments were spent being cared for by your staff. Thank you all.

While driving to Florida from New Jersey with my two cats I stopped to nap for a few hours in Georgia. I let the cats out of their carriers to stretch their legs while I napped in the car. One of my cats, Little Bear got tangled in fishing line and managed to pierce his belly with a hook. I took him to Animal Care 24/7 at 6AM for help. Justina came out to ask questions and took him into the facility to see Dr. Robinson. Within ten minutes Dr. Robinson came out to the car to let me know what she recommended. Little Bear received excellent care from Dr. Robinson, Justina and the staff at Animal Care 24/7 in Savannah. I cannot thank them enough for helping my Little Bear.

If I could give 10/10 stars I would. I wish I knew the staff’s names to give y’all a shout out.Luke was the vet. He was very professional and super nice. The other two techs were very sweet and energetic as well.My German Shepard Saturn is a living garbage disposal, except not all the time does her body agree with what she sneakily eats behind my back.She ate an absorbent pad from a pack of meat, understandable, it’s super tasty smelling. They were so great with her considering her anxiety and aggressive tendencies towards strangers.With the initial exam and all the medications it wasn’t over $400. I came there expecting Atleast a grand.I will definitely be coming back here next time she eats something insane.-The Osborne Family

These folks are the GREATEST!!! Very Professional and Polite they Will TREAT YOUR PET JUST LIKE FAMILY!! And this was our first time seeing them. Our boy had a sprained right paw and the doctor there at that time fixed him right up. now it's been a week and our boy is doing much betterHATS OFF TO 24/7!!!! 5 stars all the WAY!!

We breed standard poodles and have quite a few of them... one of our beloved ate some curtains out of our kennel area AND some insulation from our mini split. We absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Robinson who absolutely saved her life from her obstruction and followed up to make sure she was ok. This is one hard working lady too! She’s ALWAYS packed with things to do and always does it happily and you never get the feeling she is too busy even though she probably is. I have 5 close friends who are vets that I meet with once a week and I have to say that even my very close vet friends that range from general vets to board certified vet surgeons to large and small animal vets don’t care for our poodles and parrots any more than Dr Robinson does.We did lose 2 poodles at this same place in the last 6 months so I’m not just saying this because my girl lived. I’m saying this because if giving a care will save them, they will be saved in her care.

Recently had to have my sweet 16 year old cat, Sally, put to sleep due to cancer. Dr. Tanya Robinson was the veterinarian working that evening. Dr. Robinson was wonderfully patient, caring, empathetic and supportive during the whole procedure. She stayed with Sally and me until Sally was gone. I will always appreciate her kindness toward us.

I greatly appreciate Animal Care 24/7's services. We needed a daycare and boarding service at the last second for our shelter pet that was initially out of date with vaccines, and they were able to administer his vaccines immediately and accept him as a patient. Then, during his stay, our pet experienced anxiety and the staff did everything they could to take care of him and make him feel comforted. Their care for him was above and beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend this location for other pet owners who want a secure location with excellent, caring staff.

My dog is afraid of everyone until he gets to know you.. So I was hesitant to bring him to a new vet. I put his muzzle on and brought him in due to vomiting some blood. He did absolutely wonderful to the point that I removed his muzzle, not a growl or bark came from him. He allowed the vet to look in his mouth, take his temperature and pet him. We are very please with his treatment. They had a calm, relaxed atmosphere that gave Theo a pleasant experience. We will return. Thank you

I'd change nothing. Our experience with AC247 was everything I could have hoped for during such a stressful time. Staff was prompt in looking after my baby boy. They were clear about what needed to be done, what was going on, what my options were, and what to expect. Thankfully, my big boy was feeling MUCH BETTER in a matter of hours. He was back to his usual happy self the next day.

Really happy to finally get our 3 kitties up-to-date on shots and annual wellness checks since the pandemic began! Our visit was affordable and fast, the best part was hearing how great our pets were doing and having options for their heartworm meds. A major plus was realizing that at Animal Care 24/7 we paid a fraction of what our old vet office charged us for the same services and meds. We're excited for our cat crew to become regular customers and return for next year's annual visit 🐾🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛

Everyone here was loving, caring, and concern about our mastiff cane corso puppy. I have one hand because of an injury, and they filled out the paperwork for me and were very concerned about finding what was wrong with our puppy. They had enough staff available to accommodate our family as well. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!!!!!! Thanks again for everything.
